- We have a range of plans that can be customised to your requirements. Please contact us to discuss.
When you book Soul n Motion the cost will include as standard
- 2 hours of live music performed as 2 x 1hr minute sets.
- Full P.A. and back line plus Sound Engineer to mix
- Stage lighting where required.
- All of our transportation costs to and from the event.
- A playlist of recorded music can be played before, after and during the intervals if you do not have a DJ.
Contracts & Deposits:
- We believe in always signing a contract so both parties can have peace of mind and look forward to the event.
- At the time of signing a contract we may ask for non-refundable deposit 20% of the total cost of your booking. Payable by BACS.
Remaining Payments:
- The remaining payment is required up to 30 days before your event, this works best for both parties and gives you one less thing to think about on the day.
Sound check:
- It is highly recommended that the band are able to perform a sound check before their performance for at least 15 mins to make sure that the sound is as you expect it to be. This is normally done during set-up and is included in the set-up times below. Please make sure this is in agreement with the venue if earlier set-up's are involved, so please make sure with them if this is the case.
Set-up Times:
- Generally no more than 2 hours including sound check providing we are given easy access to the stage. Please ensure the venue will accommodate us before the doors open as we understand how important it is to be ready in time before your guests arrive. It is highly recommended that we have time to perform a sound check to ensure our set starts with a well levelled sound.
Parking:
- Unloading and Loading will be required as close to the stage area as possible and free parking near to the event for the band is appreciated.
Standard Finish Time:
- 12 a.m. A later than 12 a.m. finish can be arranged at a fee (subject to venue location), please contact for prices.
Power Requirements:
- We must have access to 4-5 separate 13 amp sockets.
- Band will not use more than 6000 Watts (6K) of power (including lighting).
- Sockets to be no more than 10 meters from performance area.
Food/Drinks Requirements:
- As it can be a long day in total, free non-alcoholic drinks for the band and Sound Engineer would be appreciated as a minimum.
Venue Noise Limiters/Restrictions:
- Venues around the UK may use limiters to maintain their entertainment license. Generally this is not a problem for the band to play within these limits and are used to doing so. Either way we ask if you could please let us know in advance if there is a limiter at the venue or not.
Ideal Performance Area:
- A minimum stage area of 12ft deep x 18ft wide is required with a mixing desk position in front of the band of 4ft deep x 6ft wide. These are minimum requirements and more performance area is always more comfortable and enjoyable for the band.
